Where is all the data for Cast stored? Is it a centralized database or a farcaster testnet?

Our open-source @beb servers, @beb passes were used as @farquest passes so it made sense to start building Cast on top of open-source @beb as well (designed to be a federated network): https://github.com/bebprotocol/universe
