At what temperature do you keep your place? I keep mine at 21C/70F
in summer, always +1 to whatever the family sets (flipped for winter). Also, close the damn fridge!
My AC is struggling to keep up with 115 heat index this month. But otherwise it’s set at 72 for the day and 70 for sleep during the summer because humidity. During the winter it’s set at 65 at night and 68 during the day with the occasional bump up to 70.
We go hot when it’s hot and cold when it’s cold. Wear less clothing in the summer, use lots of fans and avoid ac until we can’t take it. Winter wear more clothing and drink more warm beverages. Probably 64-64f in the house at most
