1. Toast the spices (also toss in a dried hot pepper if available) 2. Add olive oil and throw in onion, green onion (white part only), ginger, and garlic 3. Add celery 4. Add bell peppers 5. Add enoki mushrooms 6. Add chicken stock and cover. If you don’t want it spicy, remove the hot pepper before adding the stock
