it will take something v scandalous for me to believe that Sam himself didn’t orchestrate this. you don’t get to where he is by installing potentially hostile boards. 

so it’s either that or a smoking gun that was used by a worthy adversary (Mira?) to oust him, likely in exchange for silence.

If orchestrated, why would he want a press release say that he lied to the board and is untrustworthy?
