All sounds good and technically possible. BUT it won’t happen, at least in the U.S. & when related to securities, until we see regulations change. 

Current regs require to be done “traditionally” and duplicated on chain. Even that’s a hurdle. 

I salute Greyscale, Coinbase, and others fighting the good fight.
