it’s somewhat surprising - i can vaguely understand that they don’t have parts and mechanics, but feels like software should actually be in their wheelhouse and solvable more quickly. sigh.
First they told us they’d come and fix it, then after several days, the day before they were to come, they told us to bring it in 10 days later. I’ve never had such poor customer service with a car. Makes me want to get a different EV after this one.
