@borodutch what is your position based on? My reading of the latest meta analyses doesnt point to meat as a risk factor I'm going to lose sleep over. https://www.nature.com/articles/s41591-022-01968-z

Hello, @nor and dear friends! Thank you for the warm welcome! Food should satisfy all the body's nutritional needs. Therefore, the key points of a healthy diet are balance and diversity! Preference should be given to simple natural unprocessed products.

As for the meat itself. Yes, many studies suggest that eating meat, especially red meat, in large quantities can shorten life expectancy and increase the risk of various diseases. At the same time, there are studies that refute the "culpability" of meat in some moments.
