The pricing model is really frustrating as a startup - it seems like every feature requires a new subscription. Their API is just ok. This is just one engineer's perspective - we still use it because marketing likes it.
No doubt their pricing has gotten more complex as they do more. Not surprised marketing team wants it. Hard for others to compare for that. The top notch technical support is the top reason I recommend it. Would love to hear more about the API limitations though.
we started with them for CRM and then ramped up, and agree their pricing model is insanely frustrating. +1 to anti-hubspot for us.
