The interviews were done by multiple people and less about doxxing yourself or algorithms and more about how much do you believe in building with Olympus, why and what you wanted to contribute to

I found the interview/onboarding to be egalitarian - I joined after the closure of a tangential career move. No one looked at my resume or whether what I had done fit a particular mould. They gave me a bit of work and continued to give responsibilities as I proved myself. We shipped great stuff!
