That’s interesting, but in this case I’d rather learn some deep industry knowledge from a real estate guru w/ 20+ years of experience rather than get a certification Would love to widen my scope of knowledge and find new interests in the process

That same guru with 20+ years of industry knowledge, assuming you can find them and they are willing to give you the time, still had to pass the exact same test as you would. Learning how the murky real estate business world works is one of the easiest level-ups for an entrepreneur. Can do it in a summer.
