how do you juggle finding time to workout while dealing with kids, a family, your job, etc?
I had a good routine of going to the gym 3x/week after taking my kid to school in the morning. Now I have my dumbbells in the basement by the laundry so I do sets when doing laundry which is frequently. And I run right after waking when I don't feel completely dead, which right now is only about once a week.
In my case I wake up really early. It is the only way.
