so i’ve found I like plain text things, generally, like hledger. org mode looks interesting, as well as obsidian. do you have a preference? tried either?

obsidian all the way down! I've setup my own cloud to sync my notes with Obsidian with a Synology and its clients for Linux and Android. Love it!

obsidian is great. i also write my own scripts to walk my graphs and generate links between interesting pages, super easy to extend because it’s just markdown. org mode was too cumbersome for me when i was using it. simple linked pages in Zettelkasten ftw
