how long are your normal rucks? have you experienced any back or knee issues? I tried hard to get into rucking, but found it too time consuming (against my current life demands) and felt heavily taxing on back + knees (perhaps user error though...). would love advice!

Cyling has been a game changer for me... its been a few years since i started but being able to nuke 700-800cal's in an hour in my Z2 has drastically increased my quality of life. Cake. sure. Pizza. You bet. Sour Patch..... absolutely!
