🌶- the test of a truly masterful chef is how little regard they give to plating food they're going to eat themselves. leave that to guests, FOH, & everyone else that doesn't spend their days cooking from dupes.

disagree. order and presentation makes food taste better. masterful chefs know that how food looks contributes to how it's perceived, even by the cook!
