Last time I was in Paris, the my fav crepes were from random carts around the outskirts of the city, usually near metro entrances. Not fancy looking but delicious af.
Savory buckwheat crepes are my favorite. Seconding Breizh cafe in Paris or go to Bretagne where you'll find them on every street corner (that's where crepes are from)
I don't think you can find it in the summer. Nothing like a warm, freshly made crepe while it's snowing.
