usdc or something else?

side note, was just explaining ethereum to a family member who had no idea what it was, and talking thru usdc is what really made it click for him

Broke: stablecoins for algorithmic ponzi games in defi

Woke: stablecoins for remittances and payments to nations with nationalized/insecure banks/currencies 🔥

Stablecoins are both:

1) Idealogically, the ultimate compromise (especially with blocklists built in to the contract).

2) Pragmatically, the obvious killer-app to onboard 100s of millions of crypto users.

Any ideas you think are under explored re: stablecoins?
