One hurdle might be that it takes effort to generate high quality posts. A potential solution to this that I can see is using voice to text to transcribe what the person wants to write, paraphrase using GPT-4, and do a final proof read before publishing to lower the amount of work.

This issue was highlighted in the example of Snapchat vs. Instagram when it came to measuring network effects. Instagram took a lot more effort for people to create posts, while Snapchat took a lot less effort to create posts.
