Good catch! Didn't notice it requires entering SSN while sharing screen lmao, no wonder no one would sign up. Let me double check w/ our UXR

Ok so this is indeed intentional to ensure we capture the ENTIRE user journey. Super curious how this'll pan out, given participants have to trust CB for not sharing their PII like SSN in any way
