I made a RISC Zero web verifier. There’s a minimal verifier npm package, a customizable react component npm package, and a hosted version. https://github.com/eqtylab/risc-zero-verifier https://risc0.verify.eqtylab.io/

There are lots of things that could be better about `make`. Yet every attempt ends up with something worse. Easier to understand maybe, but still worse.

I think this was beyond the length threshold to be publishing AND distribution. Also TIL I’m a deranged infovore.

The real product question here is how do total tips compare when presented as this poll rather than just a tip jar. I’m betting 📈

Yup, splitboard. How does your dog keep up though? I don’t think I’d take mine (she’s part husky but still…)

Also for something that’s parallelizable slow just means expensive.

Cool! Yeah FHE is slow but it seems like the bigger barrier is ease of use for non-cryptographers. A year ago ZK was pretty inaccessible because you had to write Circom at best. But now with the zkVMs it’s trivial to run arbitrary rust code.

FHE libraries seem really primitive still, like ZK a few years ago. Is anyone working on a VM or compiler for general code? Frameworks that I’ve seen only allow arithmetic and don’t abstract away bootstrapping.
