I've got very large lug holes! Have to twist airpods sideways to stop them falling out. Even XXL tips make no diff on other earbuds. Jabra Elites are the only ones I've found that are a snug fit and even then I need to twist them around.
I suspect that the bad effects of seed oils is mainly due to them being used to deep fry food (very high temps and continuous reuse). This is a conjecture, I've not done the research.
