Read through parts of Rework again the last couple of days. This one stuck out. Sometimes the best action is making a quick and then start doing. Lots of things we can’t control in business so making a plan can be a waste of time.
I just submitted my second submission for @trustscore to @orangedao Fellowship. Hey... They said I could! 😅
But if I only made big decisions every 4 weeks. Then I could just focus on executing my plans and really make things happen. Then I can look back and learn from the feedback over the past 4 weeks and start another cycle.
I'm trying to push my decision and planning cycles to be a bit longer. I think I have a downfall of overthinking decisions too often. (like every couple of days). So then I pivot and switch my focus too often.
Yeah, that is a good idea. something I have been thinking about too.
I am building @tipcast on fc. Had to take some time away from it as I’ve gotten busy. But maybe will make some progress in the future!
