Tbh I don’t like web3 a lot of the time and that’s because I really care about it I’m v justice and fairness motivated (even in the context of the insanity of existence) and think credibly neutral money legos are our best chance to shift society towards more positive sum games over time.
Because we’re all strong independent builders who don’t need no employees 🫡

Biggest mental trick though is build non-work oriented relationships and support structures. This is the hardest to do if you’re in the thick of it. Getting a pet can be an excellent starting point for this. Your animals gives exactly zero fucks if you have users or not. They just want scritches.
Have at least one “non goal oriented” hobby that you don’t HAVE to be good at Consume at least some content by not aggressively productive people Focus on the facts of come up stories to reorient ie. Mr. Beast grinded for 10 years so expecting to do anything incredible w content in a few months is (mostly) a fantasy
To manage toxic productivity - set goals and STICK to them. Then when you hit them DON’T extend the target on the same day. Do more, just don’t give yourself more goals. This stops you from converting success into failure feelings. Default to “not right now” on new tasks (keep a dump list to review/prioritize weekly)
Now this is a compromise I think mitigates a lot of what I referenced 🫡
