Agreed that most early employees deserve more than they get (speaking from experience) but besides greedy founders, equity comp is typically a lot lower due to the way employee option pools are set up vs founder equity. Giving 5-10% via RSAs to a single employee hurts the company in acquiring future talent, no?
I had a similar issue setting my new pfp - minted nft via opensea -saw nft on eth wallet through metamask but wouldnāt update on farcaster - tried disconnecting/reconnecting wallet on farcaster - kicked me out of farcaster, tried logging in via recovery phrase, took me through signup flow (removed my name/bio)
Crazy how much of an impact weāre already seeing from platforms building on top of newly released AI models. Escape velocity is almost a guarantee, just the beginningā¦

I agree with this ^ Iāve noticed that domain extensions tend to be easier to remember than arbitrary prefixes (also looks more professional imo)

I just discovered the ultimate Farcaster lore. I canāt believe it took so long to listen to hidden gem that is fred again: boiler room. I am officially a fredagaincaster. Energy is unmatched. My productivity has spiked 10x. I will listen to fred again, again, and again. I will never work without fred (ever) again.
Reminds me of Brave ads. I love the browser, but the core value prop that was originally pitched (get tokens to view ads while searching the web) ended up being the thing I hated the most. Funny how the value of attention is so misunderstoodā¦
