honestly /founders is my favorite channel on Farcaster. it's just my mental home base mingling with other dreamers. i love how active it is here. speaks for the DNA of Farcaster community. i like it so much that the trending section turned into my personal diary. sunday /founders bangers don't stop.

founders should pay themselves more than peanuts. extreme financial stress can seriously nerf one's true capability. after raising a round for my first startup, i paid myself $30K/year living in SF - stupid decision. hire less, pay yourself, and shoot with your talent & grit at 100% when you can afford it.

prematurely expanding the team is one of the most common mistake for founders - i did for my past startups. the moment another member joins, there are two main projects: product market fit, and the team. pursuit of pmf fux you hard enough, so it's hard to nurture a team prior to pmf in my perlsonal opinion.

social apps for close friends is 10x harder than it seems for one simple insight in my perlsonal opinion real friends close enough don’t drift apart for the lack of better tools. msgers are more than good enuff for 99.69% if i were to cast my bet on pure social again, it will be focused on online/onchain friendship
