Explore @hellno.eth's blog on setting up onchain Farcaster accounts via herocast, enabling faster channel search, and suggesting profiles for new users. Future plans include improved integration and registration features.
Farcaster protocol checks with FID stored on delegator contract if a signature is valid. If you're wearing the right hat / have the permission NFT in your wallet, you can add signers to the account. The signer is created by herocast and works just like any other signer in the app

modfwiw I'm on Supercast 90% of the time when I'm not on Warpcast, including mobile. Clean UX, and no vapidity that I don't want to see. The other 10% is currently split across U3 (aka degencaster), herocast (desktop), OpenCast (currently down, for known reasons), Flink (also currently down, idk why), and Cast
