is there some system that allows automated recurring crypto payments from an address (for subscriptions, payroll, etc)?

I'm looking for something that's entirely controlled by the user, so either local software you can run against a wallet/address, a smart contract, etc

You could “stream” via smart contract if tokens are deposited. E.g. superfluid or vesting contracts

But distinct regular txns require execution.
