what's your email setup / stack? doing an annual "rethink everything about my workflow" week and looking for inspiration
Superhuman for both desktop and mobile. Inbox zero most days with lots of snoozing to help with reminders/follow-ups.
GMail, heavily using labels & auto-archiving/tagging, strive for (but never achieve) inbox zero weekly
superhuman for everything (personal, professional, mobile, desktop, etc.)
Using Hey for personal and Superhuman for work. Torn whether I should consolidate to Superhuman everywhere or stay separate 🤔
Superhuman, as many have said. By far the best email experience I’ve had, and it makes staying organized a breeze.
I used superhuman for a while - only feature I really liked was the ability to see if my emails were read. Everything else I can do in regular gmail. I didn’t go crazy with keyboard shortcuts besides the ones I already used in gmail
Outlook and the MS system overall. It’s the most convenient when working with other people. Gmail for personal.

In the process of simplifying my email stack. Moving towards purelymail.com (with custom domains) + Apple Mail. Previously tried Superhuman, Hey, Proton etc.
