That should be independent of the labor productivity though. Bureaucracy, red tape, and NIMBYism IMO

Interesting - the pork barrel comment was mostly an LBJ joke for myself, but I wonder if there’s something to more $$$ equaling more practice or more constant flow of funds perversely meaning companies don’t have to artificially delay construction progress to milk more out of contracts.
