Can estimate the slot time easily (every 12s), but there is no guarantee that a slot has a block (I.e. if a validator is offline). So, a naive “12s per slot” will give you the earliest time a block could arrive. If you want to be more precise, I’d look at historical participation rates on beaconcha.in and go off
