Walking is my best one. Just getting enough exercise helps soooo much. Also writing - writing anything - helps my anxiety by giving me a problem to focus my attention on! Good luck, hope you feel better soon.

gym, cycling, road trip, sit at a cafe. something that you can do outside, preferably with others but ok if not.

no hacks exist, just rest - baths - sauna - walks outdoors - talk to friends or whatever fills your cup

try finding a quiet spot and writing for a few hours. helps to just have a brain dump and clear ur head

I've been trying to write down 10 experiences at the end of the day that made me happy Little stuff, like reflecting on a specific game I played with my son, joke with a friend, meal that was nice It's become a nice way to slow down and reflect on the good things

mood follows action. just take the first tangible step to whatever helps you get back up: music, walk, afk, family time, hobby, art, whatever
