Delta Graph 🤌 my reading of the previous version got bogged down in the specifics of CRDTs this time more clarity around user interaction being a valid change to the graph and better appreciation of how total ordering + commutativity and associativity allow for decentralized hubs to arrive to the same state

two questions: 1. are the delta types hardcoded into the protocol? can applications add new delta types of their own? 2. can multiple deltas be bundled together?
