Oh I would, because I think innovation is vastly overrated, and overestimated. You can be the best doctor in the world without ever inventing anything new. Good execution of known processes is what matters 99% of the time. I'd even say 95%+ of what I do as a startup founder is not innovative, and doesn't have to be.
