Will be in July (traveling all of June... decided to save some $ on the membership) πͺ 4-5 days a week; 1-1.5 hrs at a time; weight train and light cardio
Yes, pre-latest child. Since then I've been content with an infrequent run and dumbbells at home but I hope to get back to a normal schedule this summer.
I do it because I wanna do some recomp. I try to go to the gym 2-3 per week and I go swimming once a week at the pool. When at the gym I do fundamental exercises and try to increase weights every time while trying to improve the technique and form as well. πͺ
I rotate every morning between pilates, resistance training, kundalini and hot yoga with weights. the physical practice varies in time and intensity but I never skip ending with breathwork and meditation.
I know I need to get back into it, but havenβt been able to get anything to stick
Every day workout If anyone has any pickle ball tips, Iβm brand new and am joining a league next week when I get back home for a bit Also am joining a soccer league which Iβm excited about and will likely pick back up with bike riding, rock climbing, yoga, and swimming too.
been running 7 days a week, lifting 2x π€ͺ but re-evaluating, want to prioritize recovery & feeling healthy/grounded
I go functional training classes 3x week + physiotherapy every second week.
Trying to build shit people want has put a dent in my powerlifting (to say the least) but maybe I will actually have time to lift seriously again one day π
Yep, gym twice a week, pumping bear market feelings out and mostly preventing hernia, that automatically reminds me if I am skipping too much...
Terraforming our house for baby #3, my home gym is still a priority. Currently doing a cut: https://gazzini.com/fitness/experiments/2023-04-cut/
I started working out last year 5-7 days a week HIT 5 days and Golf for two days (walking the course)
Yea 3-4x per week, mostly weight training. Helps a lot with stress Had a trainer for couple of years, he just got a gig at the Mandarin so Iβm on my own now Also wife is a yoga therapist, do a session a week to work on my kyphosis from sitting on the computer all day
mostly tennis and running (either one on a daily basis) but want to incorporate weight training too
